I led the visual direction and project workflow for each event—developing the key visual, creating all digital and print assets, and managing timelines, budgets, vendors, and stakeholder communication.
From Manual Workflows to Digital Efficiency
A key part of this work was transforming the registration process from a manual, email-based workflow into an integrated web registration system. I developed the registration micro-sites using HTML, CSS, and PHP, enabling event managers to collect and export accurate attendee data with far greater efficiency. I also trained other designers on the new workflow and continued exploring UI and UX improvements to simplify the experience for both organizers and attendees.
