I managed the end-to-end creative process for digital signage content, from intake and prioritization to motion design direction and final deployment. This included developing template systems, defining technical requirements, and coordinating feedback across teams. By streamlining workflows and building reusable visual frameworks, I made it easier to produce and publish clear, on-brand content across multiple signage environments.
